By purchasing a Fordney Club Gun Raffle ticket you automatically agree to abide by the following:
- All Local, State, and Federal Laws will be adhered to
- You must be 18 years old to purchase tickets
- You need not be present to win
- All firearms are new guns which will be issued by Dick Williams Gun Shop – 4985 Cole Rd. Saginaw, MI 48601 (989) 777-1240
- Red Feather Recovery Chairperson reserves the right to change the raffle drawing order at any time without prior notice.
- All winners will be notified
- Offer void where prohibited by law
- All sales are final
- Need not be present to win
